Wilson Clinical Safety Training comprises a bundle of CPD training, refreshers and top-up courses which does exactly what it says on the tin by making therapy safer and less stressful for both patient and therapist. We believe these courses offer unparallelled value for money.
The aim of these courses is to increase patient safety while reducing risk for the therapist by increasing his or her clinical skills and understanding.
At present, the courses are all CPD which means no qualifications are offered (except CPD points). This may change in future.
All the courses on offer are suitable for GPs, hospital doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, sports therapists, massage therapists, aromatherapists, reflexologists, NSRT practitioners, students undergoing a course of training and anyone else in clinical practice.
All courses offered are undergoing accreditation by the CHP (Complementary Health Professionals - an affiliate of the CNHC) and carry from 4 to 8 accredited CPD points.

Finally, CLINICAL ISOLATION is increasingly becoming a serious issue, affecting patient safety through its deleterious effect on the therapist's mental health and, for this reason, all these courses are conducted in a relaxed, informal atmosphere and participants are encouraged to make social and professional contacts. Yet another reason for face-to-face CPD.
